The BPC-157 and TB-500 blend combines two well-characterized research peptides studied for their roles in cellular repair, angiogenesis, and tissue remodeling. BPC-157 is a 15 amino acid gastric peptide fragment that modulates nitric oxide pathways and growth factor signaling. TB-500, a segment of Thymosin Beta-4, regulates actin polymerization and promotes cytoskeletal organization. Together, these peptides are used in preclinical research investigating regenerative biology, wound modulation, and peptide-mediated cellular recovery mechanisms.

For research use only. Not for human consumption.

OVERVIEW

BPC‑157/TB‑500 (Blend) is a combination of two synthetic peptides commonly explored in research for their potential tissue-repair and regenerative properties. BPC‑157, a 15‑amino-acid peptide derived from a protective protein in gastric juice, has been studied in preclinical models for its ability to promote angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), support collagen production, and modulate inflammation. These effects may aid healing in muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and the gastrointestinal tract. TB‑500, a synthetic form of a fragment of thymosin beta‑4, complements these actions by supporting cell migration, reducing inflammation, and encouraging tissue remodeling through actin regulation and cellular motility. Together, the blend is thought to provide synergistic effects, with BPC‑157 focusing on local tissue repair and TB‑500 enhancing systemic regenerative processes. Animal studies have shown that this combination may accelerate wound healing, improve recovery from injuries, and support connective tissue repair more effectively than either peptide alone.

Despite its popularity in research and experimental use, the BPC‑157/TB‑500 blend is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human therapeutic use. Evidence in humans is extremely limited, and most data come from animal or in-vitro studies. Products marketed as blends are often sold as “research chemicals,” meaning purity and quality can vary significantly. Both peptides are also prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency due to potential performance-enhancing effects. Self-administration carries risks, including unknown long-term safety, contamination, and inconsistent dosing, so any exploration should be limited to controlled research settings under qualified supervision.
